Dear Valued Customer,

Employee health, safety and security are our top priority and the team is doing very well. They are here every day ensuring the continued safety, security and movement of our customer's products.

As you are aware, transportation and logistics are considered an Essential Critical Infrastructure, and our team Essential Critical workers. According to the Department of Homeland Security, we have a unique responsibility to maintain normal work schedules. All personnel and all locations are following CDC guidance to protect our health and help control the spread of COVID-19, including social distancing, personal hygiene and cleaning & disinfecting throughout the facility and throughout the day.

As the spread of the virus continues, and team members chose to shelter in place, it may become challenging to maintain service levels, particularly when dealing with increased volumes. We aren't there yet, however the situation can change rapidly. Additionally, it is anticipated that supply chains will begin to back up, and inventory levels will increase over the next 1-2 months. At Port Jersey we are working to stay ahead of these issues, and stress on-going communications regarding your anticipated inbound & outbound volumes, and value-added project schedules. Please continue to communicate your plans with our operations and customer service teams.

We are in this together, and are here to work with you to support your immediate and longer term needs. Let us know how we can help.

Sincerely,
Rob Russo
